The Assistant to International Account Manager at Telepoint Data Centers serves as a business assistant contact for the clients. The role includes close collaboration with the Manager to ensure highest quality of customer service.

The position is an ideal entry level opportunity for professionals who want to make their first еxciting steps in Account Management and a great opportunity to join a perspective, successful, forward thinking company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer service operations, orders and payments.
  • Support the manager in organizing, planning and implementing internal projects.
  • Assisting the manager in quoting prices and provide estimated dates of delivery of the services.
  • Create and update reports, tickets requests, and various projects.
  • Achieving sales performance goals and Company’s sales goals as determined by the manager.
  • Providing account status updates and reports to the manager as requested.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree, in a technical field is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Positive and proactive attitude, flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation for success
  • Strong knowledge of Excel 
  • Experience in a similar administrative position
  • Detail oriented, and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Interest in Telecommunications and Data Center services
