We are currently seeking entry level talent to join our global remote Young Professionals Development Program, starting 1st of June. This will be a great opportunity to kick-start your career with us.
As an entry level Customer Support Engineer, you will join our Customer Support team and be part of a 2-month global boot camp with participants from France, Germany and US. You will be engaged in group and self-trainings, different activities and work on various tasks with your global and local team as well as with your mentor and manager.
After the successful completion of the boot camp, you will have the opportunity to become a PROS employee on a permanent contract.
The customer support team serves as the “first interaction” of PROS with our customers. As a Customer Support Engineer you will focus on the customer service experience by identifying and resolving customer issues with PROS solutions, and documenting case resolution. You will be able to expand the customer’s ability to troubleshoot, resolve all systems problems within established time frames, manage customer needs, standardize and streamline processes, as well as capture data for strategic decision-making.
A Day in the Life of the Entry Level Customer Support Engineer:
• Gain knowledge about our business and solutions;
• Learn about and how our different departments work and collaborate;
• Learn how to become a trusted advisor and to offer exemplary customer service;
• Learn how to develop strong relationships with customers and partners through daily interactions;
• Understand how to help the customer get most of our products;
• Learn how to monitor the applications performance via dedicated tools
• Learn about SaaS, multitenancy and Cloud software;

Leverage best practices and contribute to our knowledge base (training materials, design templates, implementation packages, etc.).
About you:
We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – completed or in progress, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or equivalent;
• Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL;
• Interest in working in Windows/Unix OS environments;
• Interpersonal and communication skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Teamwork, integrity and relationship-building skills;
• Time management skills;
• Very good command of English – verbal and written.
It will be considered an advantage if you have further experience/knowledge in:
• Any programming language and technologies;
• Customer-facing context.
