Our office in Sofia is based near the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns, we are looking for passionate and customer oriented Technical support specialist with German.

As a Technical support specialist you will provide customer support to German speaking customers and promote a positive corporate image by demonstrating appropriate conduct, high quality, professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions with customers.


The role:
  • Processes inbound calls and e-mails from customers and solve a wide range of technical issues and problems;
  • Carries out customer inquiries in timely and correct manner by predefined rules when escalation is needed;
  • Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
  • Advising and informing customers regarding clients' products and services;
  • Navigating multiple systems simultaneously in order to update e-records promptly and accurately;
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.
Изисквания
The candidate:
  • Has excellent command of German language (at least level B2);
  • Has good command of English language (at least level B1);
  • Has affinity in technology, knows how to instal a printer and has experience working with different Operating Systems;
  • Experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial;
  • Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
  • Has very good computer literacy.
