The Administrative Assistant at TBS is responsible for the cooperation with internal and external contractors to support the work of the company’s employees.  The job is part of the Internal Services department and includes coordinating administrative activities to provide a better working environment.

You will

• Perform and coordinate administrative activities in the company;
• Maintain the Register, accountability and administration of the cars, control of their use;
• Monitor compliance with the reporting of working time according to the company’s internal rules;
• Process financial and accounting documents in the internal ERP system;
• Co-operate with external contractors to support the work of the employees in the company-bookings for accommodation abroad, examination bookings, etc.
• Prepare reports, maintain registers, monthly report for various activities in the departments;
• Provide organization and preparation of the working environment for new employees.

Your competencies & skills. You possess

• Excellent communication skills;
• Very good command of English - written and spoken;
• Very good Computer skills - MS Office;
• Flexibility and ability to learn new things quickly, persistency in tasks completion;
• Skills for effectively prioritizing tasks and projects in a dynamic environment;
• Open-minded personality, and a team player attitude;
• Previous professional track record in a corporate environment or within an administrative position will be considered an advantage;
• Previous experience with an ERP program would be beneficial.
