Once you begin your journey, you will be going through an onboarding phase and two game levels:

• Onboarding phase: Taking classroom theory into practice, you will start learning about the business, our secret language, and strategies, and getting to know our amazing people. Your own opinion will count every day!

• Level 1 (6 months): Then you will be given your individual project and play on the battlefield straight away. Of course, we will help you pick-up and conquer challenges.

• Should you show great results at level 1, your contract might be extended for another six months, leading you to Level 2 (Month 7-12): This will be your time to shine and showcase all you have learned so far. Expect to jump-over a raised bar.


The EMEA Managed Services Organization offers Managed Services & Solutions to Enterprise and Corporate customers combining HW, Supplies, Financing and Services in a Managed Print Services (MPS) offering. The Managed Services Business is expanding and is a strategic growth area to HP.


Job scope/summary:


The RMC Service Delivery Manager Intern has the objective to support the SDM for managing remotely the operation of Managed Print Services for MPS Customers finding proper balance between customer satisfaction and profitability for HP.


Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Supports the SDM for managing change requests and customer queries

  • Assists the SDM by the management of day-to-day operation

  • Supports the SDM by the operational account reviews preparation

  • If assigned Manage Change Orders

  • Track and capture data/metrics


Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Current University Student enrolled in Bachelor or Master studies - 2nd year and above

  • Experience in virtual team environment


Other requirements:

  • Fluent English both written and verbal

  • Other EMEA languages knowledge would be an asset
