Technical Solutions Intern
Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program. What you’ll do:
Our teams are committed to delivering great customer experience through providing world class managed services and global support.
You will learn how to:
- Analyze and manage storage and server hardware customer cases to an effective resolution.
- Deep-dive into technical analysis of the customer configuration, in order to troubleshoot the issues and develop an effective recovery plan
- Solve hardware/software problems of a customer according to company KPIs for the business.
- Observe, analyze and propose qualification process improvements suggestions and/or reports
What you’ll need:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another IT related degree
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills and working with strict deadlines
- Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills
- The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
- A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
- The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
- Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
- Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
