With reference to our growing Technical Engineering Center Sofia (TEC Sofia) currently we are looking for

Intern, Laboratory for Testing and Calibration

Your Job:
• Learn by practice – perform variety of test supported by mentors with high expertise and technologies passion;
• Acquire knowledge in the field of testing and validation of Festo products in serial production and in design phase;
• Participate in calibration and maintenance of different laboratory equipment and test benches;
• Gain practical experience in user-based programing of controllers and testing benches- Test automation;
• Document the results of different test cases and report them to the internal clients;
• Understand and apply the main electrical and mechanical measurement principles according to the internal and external standards;

Technical Competencies and Requirements:
• Last year Bachelor’s course (or higher educational degree) in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or similar;
• Very good command of written and spoken English or/and German (at least B2 level). Very good command of the second language will be considered as an advantage;
• Very good command of MS Office tools. Experience with tools of National Instruments (such as LabView) will be considered as an advantage;

Professional Competencies and Requirements:
• Previous internship experience in the field of testing products will be considered as a strong advantage. Basic experience with measurement equipment will also be considered;
• Basic practical experience in testing electrical components and printed circuit boards will be considered as an advantage. Practical experience in soldering electronic components and failure analysis will also be considered;
• International experience gained during education or internship program will be considered as an advantage;
