ImpacT Hire is currently looking for a Product Manager/Owner with German to join one of our clients – a leading international tech and retail organization driving digital transformation across logistics and e-commerce operations in Europe.

Responsibilities:
➢ Act as the key interface between logistics departments and cross-functional international teams;
➢ Collaborate closely with business and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into clear product goals;
➢ Participate in designing modern web applications and backend algorithms;
➢ Develop detailed concepts, user stories, use cases, and interface specifications in partnership with internal teams;
➢ Support the Product Owner in defining and refining the product vision and roadmap;
➢ Manage backlogs, budgets, priorities, and timelines to ensure delivery success;
➢ Plan, pilot, and coordinate the rollout of new software applications;
➢ Design test cases and conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
➢ Fluency in German (mandatory);
➢ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce;
➢ Solid understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management;
➢ Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
➢ Analytical mindset with a creative, solution-driven approach;
➢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams;
➢ Experience in international working environments;
➢ Strong interest in optimizing and improving digital business processes.
Advantages:

➢ Technical understanding of REST APIs, Kafka interfaces, and database concepts.
