For one of our customers, specializing in the field of Transportation Software Development, we are looking for a QA Automation Engineer.

Responsibilities:
➢ Develop, enhance, debug, and support automated test scripts to ensure software quality and efficiency;
➢ Participate in the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools;
➢ Provide technical direction and system architecture for automation initiatives;
➢ Recommend testing solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of development alternatives;
➢ Analyze existing test processes and apply optimizations or suggest improved testing algorithms;
➢ Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in automated tests;
➢ Update job knowledge by researching new testing technologies and software products;
➢ Participate in educational opportunities.

Requirements:
➢ At least 3 years of experience in QA, with a minimum of 2 years in test automation;
➢ Proficiency in Java or any other object-oriented programming language;
➢ Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar;
➢ Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and test methodologies;
➢ Familiarity with version control systems like Git;
➢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:
➢ Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins;
➢ Knowledge of RESTful API testing and tools like Postman;
➢ Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter;
➢ Understanding of BDD/TDD practices and frameworks like Cucumber;
➢ Exposure to cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
